About Me

My gift of divine discernment came through at a very early age where I intuitively knew what was bothering someone by how they were interpreting their situation.

It wasn’t until adulthood that I realized what a gift this was and how I could be of service to others that I journeyed down the road of mindfulness, and mind body healing through Reiki, Affirmative Prayer, and Kundalini Yoga.

‘Beliefology’ was my coined word to describe the work I was doing with my clients.

What we believe is our truth, how we live life, and how we perceive the world.

Seeing the ‘lie’ in ‘belief’, my fascination with mind grew as did my mind, body and spiritual practices.

I offer my clients tools and resources to meet them where they’re at and help them know and navigate their pain, life losses and move through their ‘stuckness’.

During COVID, I launched a private Facebook group to strengthen our mindfulness muscle together. All are welcome. If this speaks to you, please join us:

Mindful Grief

My practice and ministry have evolved over the years and is now rooted in Mindful Grief.

Grief is a mystery emotion that we don’t like to talk about. It’s an emotion that we mostly tie into death – a place no one really wants to go – but grief is about so much more. Grief is draped in myths that leave us with information and tools that don’t meet our needs.

When we come to understand that these experiences come to teach us – not to punish us – we find release, acceptance and even joy. We’re available to live in the present moment vs. the past or the future, which only keep us trapped in circles full of regret and worry.

With gentle curiosity, some humor (because it’s always good when we can laugh at life), we explore these dark waters together to see that peace is an available state. Having the resources, the tools and the knowledge for you to do this every day, is my wish for every one of us.

Death Cafés

Passionate about bringing the conversation of grief, death and dying out of the shadows and into the light, I also facilitate Death Cafés at home in Southampton and in Mexico.
